Obituary of Henry Jefford

GOD called an angel on June 26, 2022 at 1:26PM.   --- Passed peacefully away at Pleasant View Towers June 26, 2022 at age 68 surrounded by all his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents: Samuel and Johanna (Joan) Jefford, Sister: Vera, Father-in-law and mother-in-law: (Fred and Emma Leah Cable), Brothers-in-law: Robert Abbott and Aloysius Jordan and nephew: Michael Abbott.

Lovingly remembered by his wife Brenda and two sons: Brad (Aleasha), Stephen and grandpuppies Molly and Didi.  Brothers: Bruce (Hazel), Lloyd (Patsy), Wes (Judy), Roger (Yvonne); Sisters: Winnie, Cheryl (Gus Doyle), Joanne (Dale Bickford). Brothers-in-law: Ben (Ruth), Nelson (Donna), Gerald and Sisters- in-law: Mary (Ralph) Alma (Kevin), Sandra, Carol (Reg), Michelle (Wade) and a large number of nephews, nieces and friends.

Leaving to mourn also are the staff of 1 South West of Pleasant View Towers that loved and took great care of Henry for almost two years.  A special thank you for taking care of our dad and my husband.  You all know who you are, we will be forever grateful. A special thanks to Katherine Peddle of Mobile Smiles who took care of Henry’s teeth.  Also a special thank you to home care worker Dave Pike who took special care of our dad.   A special thank you to Cheryl Jefford who was always there to take a call and help support us when we had a doctor question, you are the best. 

Visitation in Hickey’s Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Tuesday, June 28^th from 2PM to 8PM.  Funeral will take place at All Saints Church, Foxtrap on Wednesday, June 29^th at 11AM with Internment in All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Dunn’s Hill Road, Foxtrap.
