When I think of Frank, I think of the kindest, most caring and gentle soul. When in Frank's presence, there was always a warmth felt and that speaks volumes about his beautiful personality. To Nina, Zabrina, Dawson and all of Frank's family and friends, I am so sorry for the loss of such an amazing man. My hope for you is that you find peace in your beautiful memories with Frank.

As I sit here brokenhearted, knowing you are not with us anymore, I am just thinking about how caring and kind-hearted you were and how you would help anyone and everyone in need. You were one in a million with a golden heart - for sure.
You will be missed by so many people. You had friends all over the world. I know you are now with your mom and dad and you are resting in perfect peace. With tears flowing everywhere, I want to tell you how much I love you and I will miss you now and forever. Butterfly kisses and hugs going to you in Heaven.

Frank was one of those people you meet and feel like you have known your whole life. He loved his seafood and we would always pick out the best for him. We got to know him through Ashton whom he loved dearly. He was always bringing us goodies! One time he brought us a light up outside Minion sign! He knew my sister loved minions and he was proud as a peacock that he found it and he said he had to get it for her! He would never take anything in return of course. We would sneak him extra scallops or bigger lobsters or extra treats when he visited. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He would give you his last dollar. He was one of the best. I introduced him to Nina! He so deserved to be with someone who would treat him as good as he treated others. Nina sure was that. I am so glad they found each other.
We are all incredibly saddened by his passing.

It struck me pretty hard to hear of Franks passing. Although we were good friends, we kind of lost contact throughout the years unfortunately. I was very happy to hear he was doing well in life though. Frank was always a great friend. He knew how to make you laugh and you were just drawn to his kind and generous nature. I will miss you old friend. My sincere condolences to all his family and friends.

You meant the world to me. We were only chatting on the phone a few days before your passing. We always ended our conversations with, “I love you , Cousin.” It’s hard to imagine you are no longer with us. I will miss you Frank. I won’t say goodbye , I will only say, “I’ll see you later,,,,,,,,,until we meet again”.

I knew Frank since high school. We kept in touch over the years. He met my husband Glen Oct 2019.
He was always full of laughs and knew how to bring you up when you were down. He was 1 in a million, one of the greatest people you would ever meet. He would give you the shirt off his back if he knew you needed it.
We enjoyed spending time with Frank and Nina when we were home in 2019. Frank cooked up an awesome seafood dinner for us in their home.
Frank will be missed by so many people that he met. He left his mark in their hearts including Glens and mine.

Loved this precious gentleman and was very proud to call him nephew. With a heart as big as his smile he brightened our lives immencely each and every time we had the good fortune to be in his presence.
