To the family and friends of Scott Eason we would like to express our most sincere condolences. I only met Scott once about 39 years ago during a Father’s Day fishing trip with Derm, Johnny, and a bunch of common friends such as Dave Batten, Doug Peach, Jerry Tilley to name a few.
He was a true woodsman and we all had a great weekend.
May he rest in peace and forever be remembered for all the great times he spent with you all.

To the Eason family
So sad to hear of Scott’s passing. I knew Scott by way of the supermarket business in the Bay Robert’s area. He always wore a smile and was a kind-hearted guy. He and I would travel the TCH daily and many times at the same time throwing each other a friendly wave. One frosty, April morning I was on the on-ramp to Roache’s Line that was slick with black ice. I ended up in the ditch. A few minutes later I see the Central Dairies truck coming in the same direction. At first it drove by but quickly returned. On the ride into Bay Robert’s Scott said he was focused on the slippery conditions but noticed the pick-up in the ditch. It wasn’t until after he passed that he realized it was my truck. He came back as he was concerned. I’d run into Scott years later and we’d have a laugh about it. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. RIP, my friend.
