To the Family ,
Sorry to hear of Frank's passing .A little over 30 years ago he was manager of The Earle Freighting Service Ltd. at the Frenchman's Island Branch .Along with his family and work crew they year after year looked after the fishermen with supplies required .In turn then the fishers sold their fish and settled the accounts.
Franks area was large including many harbours , islands and coves .They enjoyed their time there very much.
Frank could turn his hand at most anything that came up from building a boat , installing a engine to navigating the coast .
