Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre on February 10th, Edward Joseph Crotty (Ted) aged 68 years. Ted was welcomed to heaven by his parents, Ed and Theresa, as well as his brothers, Randy and Kevin. Ted was surrounded by his loving family and has left to mourn his siblings, Pat (Lorraine), Lynn, John (Marilyn), Gary (Ruth), Debbie (Tony), Paula (Mike), Leo, Theresa (Brian), Connie (Satch), and Barb (Dave). Ted had a large number of nieces and nephews who he absolutely adored, especially Mitch and Christa. The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to Meadow Creek Nursing Home who gave Ted such loving care over the past 2 years. Also the compassion and kindness shown by the staff on 5 South B at HSC, our family will never forget. Visitation in Hickey’s Funeral Home, 570 Conception Bay Highway, CBS on Monday, February 13^th, 2023 from 10 – 12:30 pm followed by funeral service in Hickey’s Memorial Chapel at 1 pm. Interment in St. Thomas of Villanova Cemetery, Topsail.
