Passed away unexpectedly on July 6th 2023, Noel Franklin Dawe, of Seal Cove, Conception Bay South, age 72years.  Pre-deceased by his parents: Ada and Albert Dawe, brothers-in-law: Charles Mercer, Richard Wheaton and Wayne Earle.  Leaving to mourn his sons: Karl (Kathy Mihill), Christopher (Tiffanie), and Matthew (Alexandra), grandchildren: Arden, Kipling, Alice and Lincoln, siblings: Audrey Mercer, Judith Wheaton, Randell Dawe (Deborah), Amy Earle, and Barbara Wheaton (Keith Kennedy), as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 After completing a Bachelor of Physical Education Degree, a Bachelor of Education Degree and a Master of Education Degree at Memorial University, Frank enjoyed a lengthy and distinguished career as a Physical Education teacher, vice-principal, and principal, in several schools in St. John’s.

 We would like to send special thanks to Ms. Laura Morgan and the wonderful staff at Admirals Coast Personal Care Home for the professional and loving care that Frank received during his stay. Also, special thanks to Dr. Tompkins and the staff at the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation in Hickey's Funeral Home,570 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Bay South, on Tuesday, July11th, 2023 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. Funeral Service to take place in Hickey's Memorial Chapel, on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023at 1:00 pm, with burial to follow at St. Peter’s Anglican Church Cemetery, Upper Gullies.
