Passed peacefully away on July 19, 2023, age 73 years. Predeceased by her parents: Blanche (Smith) and Josiah Clarke, sister: Vera Power. Left with fond and loving memories: Brother: George Clarke (Christine). Also a large circle nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends. Special thanks to all those who stood by Joan for their compassion and care for her during her long illness.  Funeral service in Hickey’s Memorial Chapel, 570 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Bay South on Saturday, July 22^nd, 2023 at 10 am.
