Passed away with dignity on September 6^th, 2023, age 75 years. Predeceased by daughter in law: Tracy and his fur buddies Chippy and Candy. Left with precious memories his loving wife of 55 years: Betty, daughter: Tammy (Jerry), son: Perry (Michelle), precious grandchildren:  Raya, and Mitchell. Also, John is survived by sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends. Visitation in Hickey’s Funeral Home, 570 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Bay South on Sunday, September 10^th, 2023, from 2:30-6 pm. Funeral Service to take place in Hickey’s Memorial Chapel on Monday, September 11^th, 2023, at 2 pm. Donations may be made in John’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
