Daphne's loved ones. I was shocked tonight when I learned of Daphne's passing, while at a Senior's event at City Hall. Daphne was such a lovely lady. She was strong, determined and spoke her mind. This was what I loved about Daphne. We would often sit together at the various functions. I found her to be quite likeable, friendly and a joy to be with. My uncle was overseas in WW11 and married an English lass and settled in King's Lynn. When I mentioned this to Daphne, she gave me in a book about Norfolk that had a section in it about King's Lynn. That's how kind and thoughtful Daphne was. I have missed her over this past year, but she was always mentioned and thought about at all our functions. Now her gentle soul is resting peacefully in the loving arms of our Savior. God Speed Daphne. Until we meet again, my friend, Rest In Peace and Love.
