Very sorry to see that you have lost Tony. My sincere condolences to Gary and family and all the Pomeroy family. I have not seen Tony in many years and remember him as a child when he was the centre of everyone’s attention at the Pomeroy’s house! Brings back many memories for sure and you all have those and many other wonderful memories to help you deal with the huge void in your lives.

I was a co worker and a friend of Tony’s while we worked offshore on the Glomar for 12-15 years. We had a lot of laughs and good times. Memories I will never forget. Take Care.

Tony was a good friend from the offshore. We worked together on the Glomar Grand Banks.
He was a funny guy who always had a joke or a funny story. He seemed grouchy to those who didn’t know him but to me he was a warm kind hearted man underneath it all.
Many’s a day he would come into the “medic’s” office, sit down like he owned the place, and would chat up a storm for hours. Unlike Kerry Nass he never told the same story twice. Always tears in my eyes when he finished telling a tale.
I’m sad for the fact that a fine fella is gone way to soon. Rest easy old friend!
