We are so sorry to hear of Fred's passing. He was an Angel on earth always there to help my Mom and Dad (Bob & Ina Byrne). My heart breaks for Aunt Lillian , Barb and the rest of the family. Condolences to the Holloway family on Fred's passing. Freddy, as I called him, was a childhood playmate, and friend since the 1950's. I was fortunate enough to visit with him, his mother, wife and sisters in Sept./2023, not realizing it would be our last goodbye. I am truly saddened by his passing. We are left with fond memories of him. RIP my dear friend, you were taken from us far too soon!

Uncle Fred will be truly missed. I have many fond memories of visiting your house as a child. Uncle Fred was always making a joke or something delicious to eat (or both). One time he left mom a “recipe for ice cubes” because he stopped by and we didn’t have any.

I knew Fred from our time working together in my early years at Newfoundland Telephone Company and then throughout 30 years of its many corporate name changes.
