Major Alma King

Promoted to glory on January 12^th, 2024 age 97 years with her loving niece Paula and her husband Craig by her side.

Predeceased by her parents: Martha and Caleb, sisters: Naomi, Evelyn (Tom), Eileen (Bill), Cora (Gordon), brothers: Ansel and Harrison and extended members of her family.

Left with loving and precious memories, sister-in-law: Bernice King and special friend: Major Olive Perry, Major Alma will be missed by nieces and nephews that were near and dear to her heart, also a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Special thanks to the many staff and residents of Admirals Coast Retirement Centre and the staff at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Our appreciation is extended to Tracy Ellsworth and Major Barb Pritchett for their devoted care to Major Alma and her family in their time of need.

Funeral Service to take place from the Salvation Army Church, Conception Bay Highway, CBS on Monday, January 15^th, 2024 at 11 am.
