Mr Scott was such a kind man. My first memory of him was when I was in kindergarten when he drove his grandson Matthew to and from school. So sorry to hear he passed away.

We were saddened to learn of Mr. Scott’s passing. Donna met him in 1998 at a committee to start a farmer’s market in CBS; Tom met him when he was selling vegetables in Holyrood and helped him set up and pack up the stand for several years. We always enjoyed our chats with him. Please accept our condolences.

I was sorry to hear of Eldred's death. He was such a kind man and certainly one of great faith. Eldred and Louise rarely missed an early morning Eucharist Service while I was at St. Peter's. He was so pleasant and always ready with a kind word. Even after I left the parish, Eldred would leave a vegetable hamper for me at Christmas time in the church office. Sincere condolences to Louise and all of Eldred's family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. May Eldred rest in peace and rise with the angels .

I have many fond memories of Eldred...he was a good friend...he also played in goal for Seal Cove senior hockey team when they won their one and only championship...I have a picture of the team...he was always nice to everyone.

From playing in his yard as a child, to always receiving a smile and a wave as he passed on the tractor and a welcome conversation in the fields on Andrew’s road while I was out walking. Roberts Road lost a legend.

My daughter and I were just talking about Mr Scott Easter weekend .
He was a very nice , friendly hard working man . We were very thankful he choose Holyrood for his vegetable truck .
My mother in law would always ask me if he was set up yet , and she would get me to get her vegetables for turkey dinners . Family would stop in on the way to the cabin to get their vegetables for the weekend .
