Loretta and family, I am very sorry to learn that your mom has passed. A wonderfully written obituary as a tribute to your mom. She certainly lived an enriched life and full life. You may not recall but I did meet your mom many years ago; likely during nursing school or shortly after graduation when I visited her home with you . Most sincere condolences to Adelaide and family. It was sad to hear of Phylis’s passing. I remember her as kind and quiet lady helping us out at the library in the old community centre when I grew up in L’anse au Loup.
