Obituary of James Leo Noseworthy

Noseworthy, James Leo- (Sept.20, 1935 - Oct.14, 2013) Passed peacefully away at his home in Long Pond, CBS on Monday, October 14, 2013 after a short and courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving and devoted family. Predeceased by parents Leo and Blanche Noseworthy, brother Bernard (Annie deceased), nephew Wade. Leaving to mourn his loving and devoted wife Bertha (Ryan) of 51 years. Sisters Barbara Butt (Bill), Bonnie Butler (Denis), brothers Peter (Darlene), Brendan (Jean), special brother-in-law Tom Ryan (Elaine deceased), very special niece Sharon Kennedy (daughter he never had). Numerous nieces and nephews both near and far (too many to mention) who loved Jim dearly because of his sunny disposition and whom he loved in return. Also a large circle of dear friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 11 am from St. Thomas of Villanova Church. Interment in the R. C. Cemetery, Topsail.
