Condolences to the family on Betty’s passing. I remember working with Betty at Service Canada in Marystown for so many years. It was always a story, a laugh and good times. She was so proud of her girls and spoke so often about them.

Although we worked together for many years, I have not seen her in a few years and had no idea she was not well. Betty had a dry sense of humor and always had some stories and jokes to tell. Walter, Lynnann, Marsha,
We send our love and deepest condolences to you all as you grieve this deep felt loss in your lives. We have had the absolute pleasure to live next to Walter and Betty for the past 20 years. In many ways, we shared parts of our family lives, celebrated moments and looked after each other. We will miss our backyard chats, window waves and shared front lawn laughter.
Walter, we are just devastated for you. We know Betty was your absolute everything and saw that in the way you cared for each other all these years. Marsha and Lynnann, you mom loved you girls beyond measure. She spoke of you often and proudly. She and I would chat about the adventures you all enjoyed and what was happening with all of the grandchildren.
She was a gentle soul with a big beautiful laugh, a heart filled with love and a kindness felt by all who knew her.
We are deeply saddened to say goodbye, but take comfort in knowing she is not suffering, her time her was beautiful, she made a difference and her legacy will continue through you all and the grandchildren.
