So sorry to hear of Joy's passing she was a very awesome person! My condolences to Megan, family & friends! May your beautiful memories help you through this most difficult! I have known Joy for most of my life, first because of Jack's garage, who was one of the sweetest people you could ever hope to meet! Then through the years especially while she managed Roger's store! Joy and I shared a birthday but I was a little older! Rest in Peace my beautiful friend!

We were very saddened to hear that Joy had passed away. Joy worked at the store across the street from where my mom and dad lived . Mom and dad said Joy was always so happy and friendly and would always give my dad a hard time about his choice of candy he would want. And I remember one day my mom calling me and saying dad wasn't feeling well today but he wanted to go to the store to get himself a treat and mom said I didn't know nothing till Joy was walking dad across the road linked arm to arm and both had the biggest smiles. She told mom she was worried he would fall crossing the road and she wanted to make sure he was safe. That was the kind of person Joy was.
Ethan also got the pleasure to meet Joy when he went home a few summers ago from Alberta to visit Nanny Dale and Poppy Scott. Ethan said Joy was one of the nicest ladies he had ever met and he remembered how much she always smiled and laughed. Since Joy got sick he would always ask Nanny Dale how is your friend Joy doing today? He never forgot her and her smile.

I was so sorry to hear of Joys passing. Even though I grew up just a few doors away from her I didn’t really know her until she attended WTC Hairstyling school where I worked. Joy, we'll she was just that, a joy. She was an amazing person, so full of life, devoted mother, all around a beautiful person. She was the best part of working at Stop and Save so many moons ago. She truly was. It's a little darker here without her, but heaven definitely got brighter with her presence.

I’m in disbelief that someone with such a radiant and positive soul could be taken long before her time. My heart goes out to her family. She was an amazing boss to me and friend to everyone.
