Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre on Tuesday, January 7^th, 2025, Ronald Penney, age 91 years formerly of Salmon Cove, moved to Topsail in 1956. Predeceased by parents: John H. and Mildred, brothers: Warrick, Graham, sister: Joyce. He leaves his loving wife of 70 years: Lillian, daughters: Eileen (Gary), Marilyn (Bill), son: Ron Jr. (Penny Lou), six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, brothers: Lloyd (Joan), Hayward, sisters-in-law: Marie, Vivian, brother-in-law: Norman. Also, a large circle of extended family and friends. Many thanks and appreciation to the staff at Health Science Centre, Pleasant View Towers and Heritage Square for their care and support during his final days. Visitation in Hickey’s Funeral Home, 570 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Bay South on Monday, January 13^th, 2025, from 12 – 1:30 pm.
