Obituary of Lauralee Porter

Porter, Lauralee at the age of 34 years. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Palliative Care Center on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Predeceased by father Bill Porter. Leaving to mourn with special memories spouse Darrell Kennedy and the love of her life her boys Cody (father Justin Seaman) and Cole. Mother Julia Porter (Don), Grandmother Florence Morgan, Father and Mother in law Eldred and Marion Kennedy. Sisters Lisa Porter (Rob), Dana Pearcey (Mike), Sister in law Dana Tilley (Dave), Brother in law Darren. Nieces Salina, Madison, Lydia Mae, Danielle and Emma. Nephews Steven and Ryan. Predeceased brother in law Patrick Pearcey. A special thank-you to Dr. Siddiqui and Roxanne, The Cancer Clinic, The Nursing Staff of 4NA at the Health Sciences Center and The Palliative Care Center for all their help and support through her long difficult struggle with cancer. No flowers by request, donations can be made to a trust fund at the TD Canada Trust, 174 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Bay South, NL. A1W 3G9 for the two boys. To honor her wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews for family and friends on Saturday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm.
