Obituary of Mildred Gertrude Whitten

Whitten, Mildred Gertrude It is with great sadness, after a brief illness with cancer, that we announce the sudden passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister Mildred Gertrude, on November 29 at the age of 74. Predeceased by husband Austin, and daughter Michelle. Left with loving memories are daughter Rhonda, son-in-law Robert, son Kenneth, daughter-in-law Cheryl, grandchildren Brandy (Edward), Stephanie, Kristian (Shelly) and Lindsay (Curtis), great-grandchildren, Alex, Mackenzie, Morgan and great- grandbaby to be. Sister Carol, brother-in-law Dave, brother Roy, sister in law Maxine, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a very kind and loving friend, Penny. Cremation has taken place. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Sunday from 10 am - 9 pm. Funeral service to take place on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 11 am from St. Peter's Anglican Church, Upper Gullies. Inurnment in the Anglican Cemetery, Upper Gullies. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to Children's Wish Foundation.
