Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Hospital on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 of Long Pond, age 69 yrs. Predeceased by parents Ronald and Lavina, brother Wallace and sister Hilda. Leaving to mourn wife Madonna, six children Sis (Cyril), Deneen (John), Geraldine (Ed), Jackie (Len), Gerald (Tracey), Stephen (Angie), grandchildren Ashley, Natasha, Lisa, Lenny, Megan, Emily, Kayla, Katelyn, Gracie and Simone, great-grandchildren Tyra, Gavin, Kaden and Aiden, sisters Nancy Petten, Fannie Badcock, Mercedes (Dean) and Edith Butler, brothers-in-law Jack (Carmel), Bill (Linda), Andrew (Alice), Bren (Kathleen), Carl (Liz), Allan (Elaine), sisters-in-law Helena Kavanagh, Lol Butler, Helen Neville (Ray), Rose Tobin (Mike), Marg Dalton (Phil), Deb Greeley. Special friend Ed Bonnell. Also other relatives and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm, Friday from 10 – 12 noon. Funeral service to take place on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 2 pm from All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Dunn’s Hill Road, Foxtrap.
