Uncle Doug, Judy, Betty, Carolyn, Nellie, Gary and families; we were saddened to hear the news of Aunt Alice’s passing. Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the loss of your Dear Wife and Mother. We are thinking about all of you and hope your cherished memories will bring you much comfort today and in the coming days. Aunt Alice and Uncle Doug lived a great life together and I never saw two people more in love. I will always remember her giggle and the pretend embarrassment when Uncle Doug told one of his “stories”. We really appreciated the opportunity we had to re-connect with them in 2002 and 2003 when we stayed with them in Indian Cove. They were very accommodating and very gracious hosts and tour guides, especially in 2003 when Stephanie and Andrew accompanied us. While we are unable to be there with you all at this time, you are all in our thoughts and prayers. May you take comfort in knowing that today there is one more angel above us. Love and Hugs to you all.

Dear Doug and the Bradley Family, I am very sorry to hear of Alices passing, a remarkable woman of kindness, gentleness and loving ways. She was a steady hand in Bradley family, and spent her life raising the family, working hard, helping in the business and enjoying the long and loving relationship with her husband Doug, which never included a dull moment. There was no one who could laugh like Alice and certainly knowone who could laugh at Doug's stories as much as her for sure. Growing up in Indian Cove I spent many hours at Doug's and Alices with my God mother Carry and off course Nellie. I looked forward to the visits as Alice was always there with homemade bread, pies or cookies.. I always felt very loved in your home and that was a large part because of your Mom. Today I am remembering her with fondness and celebrating her life as she celebrated everyday. Look around at the remarkable family they have given each of you, Wow what a gift of Love. Share those great stories in her memory and celebrate her today. On behalf of the people of Labrador I offer you our deepest condolences as we bid farewell to our Labrador Sister. May Gods love shine in your lives and lift you up in your darkest hour. Love and Hugs Yvonne Jones, MP Labrador
