We have known Lloyd "Miney" Perrin for many years and may have seen him more than most. He paid us a visit at least once a day and we were delighted to see him walking across the street towards our store. He was a gentle soul, a very kind hearted man, who treated us with the upmost respect and truely made us feel appreciated. He would gaze from his front window to keep an eye out for whomever was on shift during the evenings, always on the look out for suspicious activity, our security watch, now our guardian angel. Miney could(and did) carry conversation with whomever took the time to listen and return the gesture, always ending in a "Take Care" or "God Bless," which made getting to know him quite easy for every new member of our team. It is still hard for all of us to grasp that we will not see his comforting and familiar face inside of our building anymore, his presence will be sorely missed.
