I give you these words. "Even in winter, even in the midst of the storm, the sun is still there, somewhere up above the clouds, it shines." I picture Uncle Reg, Dad, Uncle Will, Uncle Eric and Dar Petten together back in a happier time and place. Aunt Violet oh how I love your smile and bright loving way, locked in my mind for the rest of my life. I pray your thoughts and dreams are in that happier time and place. Ella, Carl, Elizabeth and all the family, know that I love you all, has I write this message, I am looking at a writing that always hung in Nan and Dar Pettens house; "Earth hath no sorrow that heaven cannot heal."
