Obituary of Julia Batten nee Petten

Batten, Julia Passed peacefully away at Bev Keeping Personal Care Home on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, age 87 years. She was a long time member of LOBA, Crystal Chapter and Choir of All Saints Church. Predeceased by her husband Chesley Batten, son James J. Batten, parents, James John & Mildred, brothers, Harold, Edward and Calvin Petten and sister Alfreda Batten. Leaving to mourn one daughter, Sandra Taylor (Graham), two sons, Harvey (Colleen) and Donald (Louise), grandchildren and great-grandchildren, special friend Elizabeth Peach and friends Julie Batten and Ella Abbott and other family members and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Wednesday, 7 - 9 pm, Thursday, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm, Friday, 10 - 12 noon. Funeral service to take place on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 2 pm from All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Dunn's Hill Road, Foxtrap.
