Aunt Jenny and Uncle Ellis were 2 of the most awesome people! As a kid I remember everything about them and how they always kept my siblings and I entertained. We would visit them periodically and always come home with a memory full of laughter. I remember Aunt Jenny's dandelion salad, Uncle Ellis skinning a rabbit, taking rides in the junk cars, Aunt Teresa and Uncle Nick their landlord (who treated us like family but no relation...and we called them Aunt and Uncle anyway), How Aunt Teresa called the cats to come eat saying Kitty Kitty Kitty a million times without taking a breath and me going home practicing how to do that so next time when I visited the cats would all run to me, how Aunt Jenny would make fun of my drawings and sit there laughing with my mom and the one thing I will never forget is when you had a story to tell and then when you finished it she would say "Well La Di Da"...there are so many fond memories of her and Now on the Anniversary of her death I just want to say Thank You Aunt Jenny For Being A Part of my Life!

Jennie was a wonderful person, everytime she would come into the store we would always have a laugh and she would always call me a frigger I remember one day she came in and I was having trouble balancing the lottery and I was 20.00 short. She offered to pay it but I said no.no it was a stupid mistake I made and she said you shouldn't have to pay that. I said no I wouldn't and Jennie said now you wouldn't lie to me you frigger.. I said no but that was the kind of lady she was with me. We always laughed.Rest in peace Jennie

Some of my earliest memories of Jenny were in Saugerties, New York back in the early seventies. My Mom told me that if I passed grade 8 I would get to spend the summer with Jenny, Ellis and Ricky. It was a time that fills my thoughts with so many wonderful memories. The first time that Jenny affectionately called me “You Little Frigger!” was after I had gone into the house from out in the swimming pool with Rick on a hot summer day. Jenny hadn’t heard me come in so I did what any mischievous young kid would do… I hid around a corner till she came by and I said “Boo!” scaring the ($^&*T*) out of her. Well she yelled “You Little Frigger” and chased me all around the house and right out to the pool laughing all the way! And so began a wonderful summer with my sister-in-law! So with a smile on my face and a big tear in my eye I say “Rest in peace” beautiful lady as you are re-united with Ellis in Heaven.

Memories of you will forever remain in my heart and soul. Aunt Jenny you were certainly one of a kind. I can still hear you saying "well la dee da" always the entertainer with us kids, I was so fortunate to have you in my childhood and those trips upstate were unforgettable. I love you with all my heart and will never forget you. Rest in peace and get reacquainted with those we love in heaven, I am sure you had a greeting when you got to those Pearly Gates. I love you always, your niece Theresa
