Obituary of Sandra Anne Clarke nee Piercey

Clarke, Sandra (Sandy) Anne (nee Piercey) Taken suddenly and too early, but now Resting with God: Sandra (Sandy) Anne Clarke (nee Piercey) age 51. A beautiful and wonderful daughter, sister, woman, wife and mother forever loved, never forgotten, always missed. Born and raised in Corner Brook, Kelligrews was home for the past 20 years. Survived by her parents Charles and Mervie Piercey, St. John's, sisters Fran Abbott ( special friend Jerry), Mt. Pearl, Val Piercey (Jim) Yarmouth, N.S., husband Fred, daughter, Sarah (Chad), son Charles (Lindsey), step-son Shawn Clarke, Halifax, N.S., sisters-in-law Diane Angel (Roger), St. John's, Evelyn Clarke, Dartmouth, N.S., Joyce Clarke, Halifax, N.S., special nephew Daniel Abbott, Mt. Pearl. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends living across the province and across the country. Also, survived by mom's " little girl", Lexy. Sandy touched all of us with love, caring and generosity. We are better persons because of her. Cremation has taken place. Visitation on Friday, February 3, 2012 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews from where a Prayer Service will take place on SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2012 AT 2 PM.
