Obituary of Audrey Butler

Butler, Audrey Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Predeceased by father and mother Arthur and Lucy Smith and brother Robert (Bob). Leaving to mourn daughter Jackie, devoted son Stephen (Courtney), grandchildren Andrew and Ashley Hillyard, sister Ruby Randell (Jim), brother Gerald (Rose), sister-in-law Barb Smith-Fagan, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A special thank you to her home care provider Violet Dawe, the staff at Waterford and Health Sciences Dialysis Units, the doctors and nurses of 4 South A. At Audrey's request cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. Donation can be made in her memory to Waterford Hospital Dialysis or Health Sciences Dialysis Unit or Cancer Society.
