Marvin Juanita and family, Just heard the unfortunate passing of your brother. So sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
Ruby, Krista, Kurt, Katrina, Mrs. Butler and the Butler family: I always saw Melvin as a sweet man who was quiet and kind. Maybe it was because as I grew up he wasn't looming high over me, but was at my eye level :) When Greg and I got married, it was Melvin who brought me to the church in his Chrysler 300. He was the perfect guy for the job and I appreciated his willingness to do so, even though it had been nearly 10 years since I had left Seal Cove church and moved away. We were a church family and it seemed as though that never changed. I was, as I'm sure you were, terribly shocked when Mom called me with the news of Melvin's death. I will not pretend to understand the depth of your sorrow today, but know that my thoughts and prayers will be with you as you go through this time of mourning! I pray that you will find the peace that passes all understanding today and in the days to come!
