I am sending this condolence on behalf of my mother, Mrs. Anita Pender. She was in the next bed to Rose at St. Clare's and was both shocked and saddened to hear of her sudden passing. Having gone through enough tragedy to last a lifetime ourselves, my family and I can only offer you our deepest sympathies. My mother was quite shaken to hear the news of her passing. Although they hardly knew each other, your mother spoke so fondle of her children, stepchildren & Lou. She was very proud of all of you! Before my mother left the hospital they exchanged phone #'s and my mother said to me how she would like to keep in touch with her to see how she was doing from time to time. My mother says that we never know who is meant to come into our lives...no matter for how long or short a time, but Rose's passing has my mother saying that we only have today...no one knows what tomorrow will bring, so make the most of your moments together. We hope that with the help of family and friends you can remember all the good times you have all shared and know that even though she not present with you today, she's always with you! Again, our sincere condolences.
