I only knew Madeline for a short time but loved her the first time we spoke. So full of life and a wonderful sense of humor. She welcomed me immediately into the Quinlan family with love and open arms. She loved life and more than that she loved her family. I will never forget our time together and will be forever grateful for the piece of my Mom she shared with me.

Aunt Madeline I feel so blessed to have had you in my life. I have so many fond memories of visiting with you, Uncle Jim and your family as a child. Many a weekend Dad, Mom, Betty,and myself would get the Fleetline Bus to go visit with you and your family (these were the good old days). In my adult years we had many chats when I visited you as well as many telephone conversations. I thoroughly enjoyed the times you came to visit us (the last occasion was at our house for Mom's birthday and both yourself and your friend Mabel celebrated with us). I will always and forever cherish the time I spent with you. Good-bye for now Aunt Madeline until we meet again. I love you and miss you. Your niece (Effie).

As others have said, Madeline was a wonderful, very pleasant lady. We use to see her frequently when Aunt Mary Bishop and Uncle Ambrose Bishop were alive, but haven't seen her in recent years. She lived a long life but has now passed on to a her final Home to be reunited with Jim and other family members. Sincerest condolences. You have a lot of precious memories.
