Lorna & Family, Susan, David and I were very saddened to hear about Dave’s passing. Susan and David spent the afternoon with me yesterday and I told them stories about Dave and shared many fond memories with them. He was always more like a brother to Dad and my family will be forever grateful for the many times that he came to Mom & Dad’s rescue. He was one of the few people that could put a smile on Mom’s face, and no matter how difficult the situation, we could always count on Dave to show up with a smile on his face and a line or a joke to lighten the situation. Dave will be sadly missed and I will always think of him as one of the most decent human beings that I have had the pleasure of knowing. I am sorry that I can not be there to offer support during this difficult time but please know that you, Bill, Sheryl, and Gordie and families are in my thoughts and prayers.
