Dear Mr.and Mrs. Gosse & Family I am deeply saddened to hear of Billys passing. We grew up together like family, we spent many times listening to music, going to the dances at Powers Court. We always had fun times whenever we got to talk over the past 32 years. He will be deeply missed by so many friends, whose life in touched in so many ways.
