Dear Graham's family: I was saddened to hear that your father had died. For many years he looked after my home in Cherry Lane,in Manuels, even crawling underneath the house to fix the plumbing. He was a good man and a happy man and very trustworthy. It was a privilege to have known him. I am sorry I could not attend his funeral, but I will remember him in my prayers. Jim Darcy
To John, David, Jarrod and their families ; So saddened to see that Mr. Trickett has passed away. I remember him fondly and recall him playing hockey on the old Upper Gullies rink for Topsail. He was like a bullet playing on the wing. We send our heartfelt condolences to you concerning your father who was a great man. He will be missed dearly upon this earth but will be treasured in heaven when he is blissfully reunited with Mrs. Trickett.
