Obituary of Eleanor Dawe

Dawe, Eleanor - With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother after a short battle with cancer on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the age of 86 years of Kelligrews, formerly of Gander. Predeceased by her parents, George and Margaret Sinyard and loving husband, Andrew of 54 years and sisters Marie and Jean. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are children Terry of Calgary, AB; David (Estelle) of Hearts Content; Patsy (Clarence Sweetapple) of Glovertown; Debbie (Rex Saunders) of Gander; Gerard (Jane) of Calgary, AB; Tony of Whitecourt, AB; Sharon (Grant Chaulk) of Aspen Cove; grandchildren: Gillian, Andrew, Adam, Gary, Steven, Sheldon, Dustin, Kenny, Tyler, Katelin, Shania, Mandy and Ashley; great grandchildren: Quinn, Ronan, Harrison, Ainsleigh, Hunter, Ariya, Eli, Landon and Bennett. Also brother Rex (Cathy) Sinyard and sister Dorothy Funk both of Harbour Grace; a large circle of close friends and card buddies. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Sunday, March 18, 7-9 p.m., Monday, March 19, 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Edward's Church, Kelligrews.
