Obituary of John Allan

Allan, John Denis September 16, 1948 - April 22, 2018 Aged 69, passed away at his home in Topsail after a short illness. Predeceased by his beloved grandson Brad Dooley, and his parents, Jack and Betty Nee (Furlong.) Leaving to mourn his lovely wife of 34 years, Alice Brown, step daughters Jennifer (Shawn Taylor), Andrea (Cory Harris), Joanne (Jerry Butler) and his grandchildren Emma Dooley, Eric & Abby Butler, Olivia & Jack Harris. Also, his brother Glenn Allan in Grand Prairie and children Amy and John Allan in Ontario. John will be sadly missed by all especially by his great friends, Darren & Bonnie Bent, Bill & Isabell Reading, Jim & Michelle Clarke, Charlie Rees & Gloria Miller. As well as everyone in his social circle and his dart buddies. John was a very kind, gentle man, loved by everyone who had to opportunity to meet him. His smile and laugh will always be remembered. Rest in peace "Big Guy." Visitation at Hickey's Funeral Home in Kelligrews, Wednesday, April 25 & Thursday, April 26 from 1-9pm.
