Obituary of Reuben Porter

Porter, Reuben Passed peacefully away at PCU at L.A.M.C. on May 29, 2018, age 86 years of Foxtrap. Predeceased by his wife: Winnie (2012), parents: William and Emily, sister: Nina, sister-in-law: Ada, special friend: Art Greenslade. Left with fond and loving memories daughters: Daphne (Dan), Margaret (Merrill), son: Reuben (Elaine), grandchildren: Jackie( Chris), Michael( Melissa), Philip (Kristen), Steven and Matthew, great-grandchildren: Nathan, Brandon, Emma, Alex, Katelyn, Lucas, Graham and Caleb, brother: Edward, special friends: Ruby Porter, Gloria and Wilson Chafe. Also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to his homecare worker Doris Fowler and her daughter Doris and the Dr's and Nurses at the Palliative Care Unit for there kindness and excellent care while dad was there. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Thursday & Friday from 2 pm - 9 pm. Funeral service to take place from All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11 am. Interment in Anglican Cemetery, Dunn's Hill Road, Foxtrap.
