Obituary of Alphonsus Fredrick Nugent

Nugent, Alphonsus Fredrick - of Kelligrews, passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at the Health Sciences Centre on January 1st ,2011, age 75 yrs. Predeceased by his father William, mother Stella, brother Walter; Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories; Margaret, his wife of 51 years; Two sons: Sean (Barbara), Bryan (Connie); three daughters: Angela (George Penney), Linda (Craig Duff), Sheila (Clayton Peach); seven grandchildren: Zachary (Felicia), Rochelle, Rebecca, Kourtney, Joshua, Austin, Raegan; two very close friend's Matthew Dwyer & David Coates. Also a large circle of relatives and friends. A special Thank You to his family doctor Dr. John Hardy, Dr. P Joshi and the Nurses and Doctors of 5 North A AT THE Health Sciences Centre for the care they provided him. Cremation has taken place, there will be no visitation at his request. Funeral Mass at St. Edward's Church, Kelligrews on Tuesday, January 4th, 2011 at 11 am. Inurnment in the R.C. Cemetery, Kelligrews. In lieu of flowers. Donations may be made to St. Edward's Parish, Kelligrews or The H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic.
