Obituary of Ryan Blair

Ryan Alexander Blair 

November 1st 1988 to December 13th 2019.

He passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre after a two-year fight with brain cancer. 

 Ryan had an adventurous 31 years of life growing up in Makkovik Labrador, then moving to Churchill Falls Labrador in the year 2000 and onto St John's in 2006. Every holiday of his early years were spent in Upper Island Cove and later after meeting his wife Ayla many visits to Broad Cove to enjoy the outdoor activities with his new family. He loved working with his hands and went on to become a Manufacturing Engineer Technologist working at Bluewater Group in CBS.

He leaves to mourn: his wife, Ayla; his parents, Ron and Peggy Blair; his sister, Nikita (Ryan Acreman); his mother and father-in-law, Karen and Robert Pretty; his sisters-in-law, Tegan (Sarah Myers) and Pam (John Little), his niece, Brianna; many family and friends; and especially his fur babies Lila and Casey Jones.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at Hickey's Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Sunday December 15th 2019 from 2 to 4 p.m. and again from 7 to 9 p.m.
