Derick Norman Kennedy

March 8, 1954 – October 27, 2021

Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family at the L. A. Miller Centre after a short battle with cancer on Wednesday, October 27^th, 2021, age 67 years. Predeceased by daughter: Catherine, parents: Norman and Betty, parents-in-law: Joseph and Susan Morgan. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 46 years, Joy, son: Norman (Lisa) and grandson: Seamus. Also extended family and friends. Derick was a long time member of L.O.L. 181 and RBP 966 Foxtrap and Old Comrades Lodge # 2. Special thanks to Medical Staff, Cancer Clinic, HSC, Dr. Dawn Armstrong and team, 4SB, HSC Staff at Palliative Care Unit at L. A. Miller Centre. Visitation will be in Hickey’s Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Thursday, October 28^th, 2021 from 3:30 PM – 7 PM. Funeral service will take place in All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap on Friday, October 29^th, 2021 at 11AM. Internment in All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Church Road, Foxtrap.
