My condolences to Vera's family on her passing. I remember Vera very well from our school days at the old St. George's school in Long Pond. She was so pretty and had a bubbly personality, fun to be around. Those were our happy and carefree days! Sadly as life progresses , and we all go our different ways, undesireable cicumstances arise. So we do the best we can under these diverse circumstances. While Vera's life on earth has ended , there is a better life to come.

She played a part in many of our lives while growing up in Kelligrews, the coming of age years, when we would try and ‘sneak in’ the pubs underage …. you didn’t get by Vera too easily, as she wasn’t one to turn a blind eye … so much respect, so many memories.
