September 16^th, 1947 – August 23^rd, 2022

It is profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ray Bishop. He passed peacefully away surrounded by his beloved family, August 23^rd, 2022 just shy of his 75^th birthday. He is predeceased by his parents: Allan and Leah Bishop, father and mother-in-law: James and Maryann Petten, daughter: Bonnie. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years: Phoebe (Petten), his adoring children: Barry (Denise), Roxanne (Howard), Terry (Cindy), Glen, Rhonda (Kenny), his precious grandchildren: Jamie, Ryan, Ashley, Holly, Mitchell, Kayla, Kristen, Kelsey, Tyler and Todd, great-grandchildren: Mallory, Keira, Brooke-Lynn, Jackson, Kaidan, Logan and Dakota. Also leaving to mourn his sisters: Ruby (Menzel), Vera (Reuben), Goldie (Dale), his brother and best friend: Alwyn (Deanne), brothers-in-law: Menzel (Bernice), Gary (Linda), sisters-in-law: Daphne (Ray), Holly Petten. Also nephews, nieces and extended family and friends. Visitation in Hickey’s Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Thursday, August 25^th, 2022 from 4 pm – 8 pm, Friday, August 26^th, 2022 from 1 pm – 8 pm.
