Aunt Lee, Lorrie, Krista, Cheryl and extended family, we are so heart broken to hear about Uncle Jim’s passing and offer you our most sincere condolences at this very difficult time.
Uncle Jim, as everyone knows, was a very quiet person who always had a warm smile and a very pleasant personality. He also had a keen sense of humour and was a person of impeccable timing who could inject a small phrase at just the perfect moment in a conversation where you would find yourself in a fit of laughter.
We never seen Uncle Jim alone, he was always with his best friend and soul mate Lee, who he loved dearly.
We have so many warm memories of visits at Christmas times when we were in Newfoundland. We know you all have numerous wonderful fun memories yourselves and hope you can draw upon those to help you cope and get through this difficult time. We are all so blessed to have had him in our lives, our prayers and thoughts are with you all.

My very first memory that comes to mind of Uncle Jimmy was how much he smelled of Juicy Fruit Gum when I was a child, the second memory is how he always had that beautiful Caribbean suntan.
He always had time for us & I loved being in his company. He just had that constant inner sunshine breaking out through his eyes.
