April 24^th, 1941 – March 6^th, 2023

Passed peacefully away at Pleasant View Towers on March 6^th, 2023, age 81 years. Predeceased by his parents: Suzanna and Joseph Butler, wife: Marie Butler, brother: Winston Butler. Left to mourn and sadly missed by sons: Kirk Butler(Vikki Reid) and Craig Butler, grandchildren: Holly Butler, Krista Butler, Mitchell Newman (Samantha Hicks), Mark Newman (Jennifer Beresford), great-grandchildren: Rosie Butler, Grace Butler, Charlotte Butler, Ellie Joy Newman, Kasey Lucy-Ann Newman and Lucy Newman. Also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the workers of Pleasant View Towers for their compassion and kindness shown to Joseph. We will be gratefully for all you did. Visitation in Hickey’s Funeral Home, 570 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Bay South on Wednesday, March 8^th, 2023 from 12 – 2 pm. Funeral service to followed in Hickey’s Memorial Chapel.
