She was a force to be reckoned with and I truly will cherish our in depth conversations about helping others and the need ❤️

Oh Susie
I am taken back in time when we used to come to your house in Foxtrap for summer vacation. I loved every minute we spent there. Riding on the little vehicles Uncle Gerry made, the merry go round thing in the backyard and learning to ride a bike in Foxtrap. The music was something else. All the talent that’s in the family from music to art to writing books. We have a great family. I still have the letter you sent me after learning what a pop dot was. That day you, me and Nancy spent together was awesome. I had so much fun. Now my darling cousin you are gone but only from sight. You are and will always be in my heart. Rest in peace sweetheart. I was blessed to have her as a friend growing up in Foxtrap and I have so many wonderful memories of Susan and the time we spent together. To all of Susan’s family. I was so sorry to hear of Susan’s passing. I, for one, want you all to know that her legacy will live on through her children’s books. Over the past years I took great pride, as the school Librarian, reading and promoting Susan’s books to the children at St. George’s Elementary in Long Pond. I would often say (with pride) I used to live by the author’s family when her family lived on All Saints Road and would tell them little stories about the “go carts” her dad built. Once again, I want you to know that although she is asleep in Christ, her legacy will live on. I am so sorry for your loss.
