Passed away peacefully on January 18th, 2024 age 90 years. Predeceased by daughter: Andrea, parents: Martin Young and Carrie Vineham of Twillingate, siblings: Herbert, Emma (Ira), Louise, Walter (Maisie), Bert, son-in-law: Larry Nicholas. Left with precious and fond memories his loving wife: Sylvia, daughters: Barbara-Ann, Juliette, Terry-Lynn (Kelly), sons: Dana (Linda), Chris (Loretta), grandchildren: Robert, Stephen (Jaime), Jessica (John), Phillip, Justin, great-grandchildren: Ella, Abby, Lila, sisters-in-law: May, Dorothy, brother-in-law: Jim. Also left to mourn nieces, nephews, cousins, and a large circle of extended family and friends. Visitation to take place at Hickey’s Funeral Home, 570 Conception Bay Highway, CBS on Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 1 -4 pm. Funeral service from Hickey’s Memorial Chapel, 570 Conception Bay Highway, CBS on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 11 am. Interment in the United Cemetery, Upper Gullies.
