We want to pass on our sincere condolences to Jeannie and all the families on the sudden passing of Alan. We were shocked and saddened to hear this. We got to know Alan when he married Jeannie and frequently visited Heart’s Delight - Islington to visit relatives. I had the privilege of making him a Honorary Newfoundlander, “ Screeched him in”, at a function at Robert’s and Donna’s place many years ago. I hope he remembers the reply when St. Peter asks him the question “Are you a True Bred Newfoundlander”?
