I was devastated to learn of Dianne's sudden and unexpected early departure. I can't even begin to express the sorrow I am feeling for you, Joan, and yours and Dianne's entire family.
I really wish I can be there to help in any small way.
I recall a time, years ago, when she joined us in belting out a few of our favourite karaoke songs. Those are good memories and I will remember them always.
One of her favourite songs was one by Vicki Lawrence..I will always remember her, especially when that song plays...

So sorry to hear of Dianne’s sudden passing. I played softball with her and her sister Joan for several years. We always had a great bit of fun together and hung out during summer months while playing ball. Condolences to you Joan and all of the family especially her two children. I’m having surgery on my foot tomorrow so it’s not likely that I will be able to attend her memorial service. If I can get around at all I will be there.

There are birthday pictures of me as a little boy growing up in Lamaline and in the pictures are a bunch of boys and one little girl - that was Dianne. I remember her as a charming fun loving kid, and in the few times we saw each other after leaving Lamaline she was still that same kind of person.
