Dianne Gushue Obituary

Dianne Tibbo Gushue 1957-2024

With heavy hearts we share the sudden death on 18 August 2024 of our dear wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sibling, aunt and friend.

Remembering Dianne with much love by her husband Gerry, daughter Candace (Myke), son Michael (Melissa, Cole, Owen, Leah), step-children Rory and Brittany (Avalon), parents, The Reverend Canon Wilson and Lillian Tibbo, siblings Paul (Loretta), Joan (Garfield) and Phil (Dale) plus numerous nieces and nephews whom she thought of dearly and they her.

Dianne loved her family, her children and grandchildren, animals - horses especially (although Joan balked at riding with her!), the outdoors, gardening and travel – unfortunately Ireland and Spain had yet to be conquered.

We will miss her love of life, her mischievous grin and her laughter.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, 24 August at 10:00 am in Hickey’s Memorial Chapel, 570 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Bay South. To send a message of condolence, please visit www.hickeysfuneralhome.com

To remember and honour Dianne please consider donating to an animal shelter of your choosing.

“I see trees of green.

Red roses too

I see them bloom.

For me and you

And I think to myself.

What a wonderful world.”
