Barry and I were so sorry to hear of Aunt Clemie’s passing. Even though she isn’t my aunt, that’s what I always called her, you see, as a little girl, for a period of time, I lived with Uncle Jacob and Aunt Eliza and I remember Aunt Clemie, and going to visit her in summertime.
Our deepest condolences to her family and friends. We are sure you are left with an abundance of precious memories and we hope that those will be a comfort to you in these difficult days.
We were looking forward to spending time with her at the Gill family reunion this coming summer. I’m sure her name will be mentioned often in her absence. Rest in peace, Aunt Clemie.

I first met Clemmie as the parent of one of my students in 1966 (Tommy). Any time I met her after teaching her children, she was always very pleasant and never forgot who I was.
